I’m going to skip going into the blurb, as I see a lot of reviews here that that already include the books blurb. I just want to mention to anyone that doesn’t read fantasy sci-fi, the Nira Chronicles will definitely get you hooked.For the author:I can’t even express enough how much I loved this book... I mean, book 1 grabbed my attention for sure, but Zercy really knocked it out of the ballpark for me. Kora Knight, you did it again, you got me into a genre that I never knew I’d love. Your writing/story telling in this book is truly brilliant. You created this whole other world, species, languages, cultures, and some very steamy erotic m/m sex between different species - I never knew that I would get into something like that.I can totally picture this colorful world in my mind as I’m reading - as tho it were on the big screen - BTW, a graphic novel of the Nira Chronicles would be really sweet. I’m so impressed with Zercy/The Nira Chronicles, I mean, the imagination it takes to create this world is truly exceptional, I may have been officially converted to reading more M/M fantasy sci-fi.Kora Knight, you have been at the top of my fav author list for a while now (years), everything you write just lights me up, and gets me super excited for your next book. I know that my review seems a little over the top, but man, so was this book!Well done, and thanks so much for another awesome book - Never stop writing, this is what you were born to do. 😊 My Review:Wow...this is a book...a really big and incredibly detailed book. Hats off to this author, because her imagination is incredible. She has thought through every detail of this world and it comes through this story in a beautiful, incredible way. The visuals she creates for the reader are detailed and beautiful. The characters are too. This is an extremely well-done fantasy story and I enjoyed every single moment of reading it.But be warned, this book is LONG. Like 3-4 times as long as a normal book, so you are going to be immersed in this world for a long time. Not that I think most people will complain because these Krie are pretty dang sexy. And there is a lot of sexy times to be had. But there's also a story happening here in the middle of all the really hot sex and it's really interesting.Like the first book in the series, I'm pretty sure this book left me with more questions than answers and I'm dying to know what's going to happen to all these guys...please, I want Bailey and the merman's tale next because the glimpses of what that story is going to be were so intriguing.Kora Knight is the queen of writing other worlds...I've just declared her as such. This book is so creative, so well thought out, so completely inventive. I'm in awe and drumming my fingers because I'm ready to be immersed in this sexy world again.Did I mention how hot these stories are? No...well, you need to know...they are. SO HOT!!
